Pricing can be accessed through two ways:
- The Mortgage Data menu
- The Program Picker menu
You can access Pricing through the Mortgage Data screen by clicking on the Lookup Button next to the Note Rate field.
Once you have clicked on the Lookup Button another screen will appear that contains your current Rates.
Double click on the desired price and lock period. After you select the desired price and lock period the Rate screen will disappear and the Mortgage Data screen will appear with the populated rate.
The Program Picker Menu
Pricing through the Program Picker is accessed by selecting the Mortgage Data menu then select the Program Picker Button.
Once the Program Picker launches then select Rate Grid. After selecting Rate Grad your current Rates will appear. Double click on the desired rate and lock period.
