To show the loan status of an individual loan, click on the Document Status Button in the Loan Overview screen. After clicking on the Document States Button another screen will appear called the Status Items and Conditions.
Display Filters
The Display Filters limit which items are displayed. For example, by selecting the “Overdue Items” Display Filter, only those items that are going to print on the Condition Sheet are displayed.
Printing
Print options include:
- Mortgage Loan Approval and Offer
- Condition
- Status Log
The field types and order are configurable. Select File > Configure Grid… to access the Configure Fields dialog box. Fields can be added to the status sheet or hidden by choosing either True or False in the ‘ visible’ column.
