Once final values are input any changes to the values will be tracked in the Conversation Log. The Conversation Log will record all emails sent from the loan, raw data from web loan submissions, dates and times interfaces were run, and snapshots that detail important loan information at various milestones in the loan process. All screens are defaulted to Initial Values but you have the option to set the values as Final in each screen.
These includes dates, property addresses, income, deposits, liabilities, pricing, pricing locks, government monitoring, and declarations. Once the values are set to Final Value the fields turn Green. Any changes to the fields will be recorded in the conversation log.
